Booking Links

Booking links are public URLs that let people schedule meetings with you directly. Share a booking link with a prospect or contact, and they can pick a time that works -- no back-and-forth emails required.

A booking link is a unique, shareable URL that displays your available time slots and lets someone book a meeting with you in just a few clicks. When someone books through your link:

  1. They see your available times (based on your availability settings and calendar)
  2. They select a time slot
  3. They enter their name, email, and optional phone number
  4. The meeting is confirmed and added to both your calendars
  5. Confirmation emails are sent to both parties

To create a new booking link:

  1. Navigate to your Workspace Settings or the Scheduling section.
  2. Click Create Booking Link.
  3. Fill in the booking link details:
FieldDescription
TitleThe name of the meeting type (e.g., "30-Minute Introduction", "Market Strategy Call")
DurationHow long the meeting will be (e.g., 15 min, 30 min, 60 min)
Market (optional)Associate the booking link with a specific market for tracking purposes
  1. Click Create.

Your booking link is now active and ready to share.

Create different links for different purposes

You might create a 15-minute "Quick Chat" link for initial conversations and a 30-minute "Strategy Discussion" link for deeper meetings. Each can have its own duration and title.

Once your booking link is created, you can share it in several ways:

  • Copy the URL -- Click the copy icon next to the booking link to copy the full URL to your clipboard. Paste it into an email, message, or anywhere else.
  • Include in email signatures -- Add your booking link to your email signature so contacts can always find it.
  • Send directly -- Share the link in a direct message or email to a specific person you want to meet with.

The booking link URL looks like: app.1hourrecruitment.com/book/your-unique-slug

From the booking links section, you can manage all of your links:

Toggle Active/Inactive

Click the toggle switch next to any booking link to activate or deactivate it. When a link is inactive:

  • The URL still exists but shows a message that booking is currently unavailable
  • No new meetings can be scheduled through it
  • Existing meetings already booked through the link are not affected

Click the edit button to update a booking link's title, duration, or market association.

Click the copy icon to copy the booking link URL to your clipboard for easy sharing.

If you no longer need a booking link, you can delete it. Existing meetings booked through the link will not be affected, but no new bookings can be made.

Deleting is permanent

Once a booking link is deleted, the URL will no longer work. If someone tries to access it, they will see an error. Consider toggling the link to inactive instead of deleting it.

  • Keep titles clear -- Your title is visible to the person booking, so make it descriptive
  • Match duration to purpose -- Shorter for introductions, longer for strategy discussions
  • Only share active links -- Deactivate links you are not currently using to avoid confusion
  • Connect your calendar first -- Make sure your calendar is connected so availability is accurate
