Quick Start Guide
This guide walks you through your first few minutes in Client Portal -- from accepting your invitation to taking your first key actions on the platform.
Step 1: Accept Your Invitation
You will receive an invitation email from 1 Hour Recruitment with a link to set up your Client Portal account.
- Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
- You will be taken to a secure page where you can set your password.
- Choose a strong password and click Set Password.
Your invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it has expired, contact your account manager to have a new invitation sent.
Step 2: Log In for the First Time
- Go to app.1hourrecruitment.com.
- Enter your email address and the password you just created.
- Click Sign In.
You will land on your Workspace Dashboard -- your home base inside Client Portal.
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your market intelligence. You will see:
- KPI Cards at the top showing calls made, meetings booked, and signals captured
- Activity Feed with recent call activity and intelligence updates
- Market Summary showing coverage across your active markets
Take a moment to orient yourself. Everything in Client Portal flows from your markets -- they are the foundation of the intelligence you receive.
Key First Actions
Once you are logged in, here are the most important things to do first:
Review Your Markets
Navigate to Markets in the left sidebar to see the candidate markets your account manager has set up for you. Each market represents a defined segment of the lateral attorney landscape -- a specific combination of practice area, geography, and seniority level.
Check the Call Log
Go to Call Log to see recent outreach activity within your markets. You can view call dispositions, read transcripts, and see AI-generated summaries of each conversation.
Connect Your Calendar
If you plan to use Client Portal's scheduling features, head to Settings and connect your Google or Outlook calendar. This enables self-serve booking links so prospects can schedule time with you directly.
Learn more about Calendar Connection
If anything looks off or you have questions during setup, check our FAQ or Troubleshooting pages. You can also reach out to your account manager directly.
