What is 1 Hour Recruitment?
1 Hour Recruitment is a market intelligence company that serves boutique legal search firms. We provide structured visibility into defined lateral attorney markets through continuous, high-quality phone conversations with lawyers. We capture candidate sentiment, timing signals, and movement indicators -- giving your firm an information advantage in the legal recruitment space.
We are not a calling service, lead generation company, or placement agency. We are your market intelligence infrastructure.
How is Client Portal different from a CRM?
A CRM tracks your interactions with clients and candidates. Client Portal goes beyond that by providing market intelligence -- structured insights about candidate movement, timing, and motivation that come from real conversations.
While a CRM tells you who you have talked to, Client Portal tells you:
- Who is open to moving and when
- What is motivating them
- How receptive they are to outreach
- How the broader market is shifting
Client Portal complements your CRM rather than replacing it. In fact, it integrates with Close CRM to automatically create leads when meetings are booked.
How are signals generated?
Signals are extracted from real phone conversations with attorneys. The process works like this:
- Your dedicated BDR has a conversation with an attorney in one of your markets
- The call is recorded and transcribed
- AI analyzes the transcript to identify structured intelligence -- movement state, timing window, motivation drivers, and more
- Key signals are reviewed and verified before being published as trusted intelligence
Every signal traces back to a specific conversation. Nothing is inferred from public data or third-party databases.
Who can see my data?
Only authorized users within your firm's workspace can see your data. Client Portal uses role-based access control:
- Your team members with Client Portal accounts can see your workspace's markets, contacts, calls, and signals
- 1HR administrators can see your data to provide support and manage your markets
- Other Client Portal customers cannot see your data. Workspaces are completely isolated
Your data is never shared with other firms or used outside of your workspace.
Can I add my own contacts?
Contact management is handled by your account manager as part of the market setup and enrichment process. Contacts are added to your markets through the intelligence pipeline -- they are identified, enriched with contact data, and organized into markets and campaigns by your account manager.
If you have specific contacts you would like to include in a market, let your account manager know and they can add them to the appropriate campaign.
How often is data updated?
Data in Client Portal is updated in real time as activity happens:
- Calls appear in your call log as soon as they are logged
- AI summaries are generated within minutes of a transcript being available
- Signals are updated when new conversations produce new intelligence
- Meeting bookings are reflected immediately
- Enrichment data is updated as new contacts are processed (typically during market setup or expansion)
Your dashboard and analytics reflect the most current data available.
