Call Log

The Call Log is your complete record of every outbound call made within your markets. It is where raw activity meets intelligence -- every call is logged with its outcome, and when transcripts are available, you can read the full conversation and its AI-generated summary.

Call Log Page Layout

Navigate to Call Log in the left sidebar to open the call log. The page displays calls in reverse chronological order (most recent first), with each call shown as a row or card.

For each call, you will see:

Filtering the Call Log

The call log includes robust filters to help you find specific calls:

Date Range

Select a start and end date to view calls within a specific time window. Useful for weekly reviews, monthly reporting, or investigating a particular period.

Disposition

Filter by any of the 9 canonical dispositions to see only calls with a specific outcome. For example:

  • Show only Meeting Booked calls to review successful conversions
  • Show only Future Potential calls to identify contacts worth following up with
  • Show only No Answer calls to see reachability patterns

Market

Filter by market to see all call activity within a specific candidate segment.

Campaign

Filter by campaign to see calls associated with a particular outreach initiative.

Combine filters for focused reviews

Combining filters is powerful. For example, filter by "Future Potential" disposition + a specific market + last 30 days to see all recently engaged contacts in that market who showed interest.

Call Cards

Each call in the log is displayed as a card with key information visible at a glance:

  • Contact name and firm -- Immediately know who the call was with
  • Disposition badge -- Color-coded to quickly identify the outcome
  • Duration -- See whether it was a brief attempt or a full conversation
  • Date -- Know when it happened

Quick Actions

From the call log, you can take quick actions on any call entry:

  • View Transcript -- Open the full conversation transcript (when available)
  • Play Recording -- Listen to the call recording (when available)
  • View Contact -- Jump to the contact's full profile
  • View AI Summary -- Read the AI-generated summary of the conversation

Click on any call card to expand it and access these options, or click through to the full Transcript & AI Summary view.

Not all calls have transcripts

Transcripts and recordings are available when the call was recorded through the integrated calling system. Shorter calls (under a few minutes) or calls that did not connect may not have transcripts.
