Dashboard Metrics
The Analytics section provides a deeper look at the data behind your market intelligence. While your dashboard gives you a daily snapshot, Analytics offers trend data, breakdowns, and exportable reports that help you understand performance over time.
Calls by Disposition Breakdown
This chart shows how your outbound calls break down by disposition category. It gives you a clear picture of call outcomes across all your markets.
| Category | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Access outcomes (No Answer, Voicemail, Gatekeeper) | How reachable your contacts are |
| Conversation outcomes (Not Interested, Callback Requested, Future Potential) | How conversations are going when contact is made |
| Opportunity outcomes (Meeting Booked) | Your conversion rate from calls to meetings |
| Hard stops (Incorrect Number, Do Not Contact) | Data quality and opt-out rates |
Use this breakdown to understand the health of your outreach. A high percentage of access outcomes is normal for outbound calling. The key metric to watch is the ratio of conversation outcomes to meetings booked.
A single week's numbers can be noisy. Look at how the disposition breakdown shifts over time -- increasing "Future Potential" and "Callback Requested" percentages indicate deepening relationships across your markets.
Meeting Conversion Rates
This section tracks the rate at which calls convert into scheduled meetings. Metrics include:
- Overall conversion rate -- Meetings booked as a percentage of total calls
- Connected conversion rate -- Meetings booked as a percentage of calls where the contact was actually reached (excludes No Answer, Voicemail, etc.)
- Conversion by market -- Which markets are producing the most meetings relative to effort
The connected conversion rate is the more meaningful number, since it measures effectiveness when a conversation actually happens.
Contact Movement Trends Over Time
Track how your contact base's movement signals change over time:
- Movement state distribution -- See the proportion of contacts who are Not Moving, Soft Listening, Exploring, and Active across your markets
- Shifts over time -- Watch how the distribution evolves week by week or month by month
- New movers -- Identify contacts whose movement state has recently changed (especially upgrades from Not Moving to Soft Listening or Exploring)
If you see a spike in "Exploring" or "Active" contacts in a particular market, it may signal broader market conditions -- partner departures, compensation changes, or cultural shifts at key firms.
Geographic and Seniority Distribution
Understand the composition of your contact base:
Geographic Distribution
A breakdown of contacts by location -- city, state, or region. This shows you:
- Where your market coverage is concentrated
- Geographic gaps that might represent opportunities
- Which markets map to which geographies
Seniority Distribution
A breakdown of contacts by career level:
- Associate -- Entry-level to mid-level attorneys
- Senior Associate -- Experienced attorneys approaching counsel or partnership consideration
- Counsel -- Of Counsel, Special Counsel, and similar non-partner senior roles
- Partner -- Income partners, equity partners, and managing partners
This distribution helps you assess whether your outreach is reaching the right seniority levels for your recruiting focus.
