Navigating the Platform
Client Portal is organized around a clean, intuitive layout that keeps your most-used tools within easy reach. Here is a guide to the key navigation elements.
Left Sidebar
The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It stays visible as you move through the platform and gives you one-click access to every major section:

| Meetings | Your upcoming and past meetings, statuses, and details |
| Analytics | Performance charts, trends, and exportable reports |
The sidebar collapses on smaller screens to give you more room to work. You can toggle it open and closed as needed.
Top Bar
The top bar runs across the top of every page and contains:
- Global Search -- Search across contacts, markets, campaigns, and calls from anywhere in the platform. Start typing to see instant results.
- Notification Bell -- Alerts for new activity, meeting confirmations, and reminders. A badge appears when you have unread notifications.
- Account Menu -- Access your profile settings, timezone preferences, and sign-out option from the avatar icon in the top-right corner.
Instead of navigating through menus, try typing a contact name, firm name, or market into the global search bar. It is the fastest way to jump directly to what you need.
Workspace Selector
If your account has access to multiple workspaces (for firms managing several practice groups or regions), you will see a Workspace Selector in the top-left area of the sidebar. Click it to switch between your available workspaces.
Each workspace is a self-contained environment with its own markets, contacts, campaigns, and analytics.
Mobile Navigation
Client Portal is responsive and works on tablets and mobile devices. On smaller screens:
- The left sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner. Tap it to open the full navigation.
- The top bar remains visible, with search and notifications still accessible.
- Pages reflow to a single-column layout for comfortable reading and interaction on narrower screens.
While Client Portal is functional on mobile, the platform is optimized for desktop and laptop use. The data-rich views (contact tables, call logs, analytics charts) are best experienced on a larger screen.
