Dashboard Overview
Your Workspace Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to Client Portal. It is designed to give you a clear, at-a-glance picture of your market intelligence activity -- what has happened recently, what is trending, and where to focus your attention.
KPI Cards
At the top of your dashboard, you will find summary cards that highlight your key performance indicators:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Calls Made | Total outbound calls completed within your markets over the selected time period |
| Meetings Booked | Number of meetings successfully scheduled with contacts |
| Signals Captured | Structured intelligence signals extracted from real conversations |
These cards update in real time as new activity is logged. Use them to quickly gauge the pace and output of your market coverage.
Activity Feed
Below the KPI cards, the Activity Feed shows a chronological stream of recent events across your markets:
- New calls -- Including the contact name, disposition, and which market the call belongs to
- Signals detected -- When a conversation surfaces a meaningful intelligence signal (movement state, timing window, etc.)
- Meetings scheduled -- When a booking is confirmed through one of your scheduling links
Each item in the feed is clickable, letting you drill into the full call transcript, contact profile, or meeting details.
Market Health Summary
The dashboard includes a Market Summary section that gives you a bird's-eye view of your active markets. For each market, you can see:
- The number of contacts covered
- Recent call activity volume
- Signal density -- how much actionable intelligence has been captured
- Overall market health and engagement trends
This section helps you quickly identify which markets are well-covered and which may need attention or expanded outreach.
Quick Links
The dashboard also provides shortcuts to the sections you will use most often:
