Contact Directory
The Contacts section is your searchable directory of every attorney and legal professional across all of your markets. It gives you a single place to browse, search, filter, and explore the people at the center of your market intelligence.
Browsing Contacts
Navigate to Contacts in the left sidebar to open the contact directory. Contacts are displayed in a data table with sortable columns:

| Name | The contact's full name |
| Firm | Their current law firm |
| Title | Their job title |
| Seniority | Career level (Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, Partner) |
| Market | Which market(s) they belong to |
| Last Contacted | When they were most recently called |
| Disposition | The outcome of their most recent call |
Click on any contact row to open their full profile.
Search and Filter
The contact directory includes powerful search and filtering tools to help you find exactly who you are looking for.
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the contact list to search by:
- Name -- First name, last name, or full name
- Firm -- The name of their law firm
- Title -- Their job title or a keyword within it
Search results update as you type, making it fast to locate specific individuals.
Filters
Use the filter controls to narrow the contact list:

|---|---|
| Firm | Select one or more firms to show only contacts at those firms |
| Seniority | Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, Partner |
| Market | Filter by a specific market |
| Disposition | Show only contacts with a specific last call outcome |
| Enrichment Status | Filter by enrichment level (enriched, basic, pending) |
Filters can be combined. For example, you could show all Partners at AmLaw 50 firms in your "M&A -- New York" market who have a "Future Potential" disposition.
Stacking multiple filters is the fastest way to build a focused view. Need to see all Senior Associates who had a positive conversation? Filter by seniority + disposition and you have your list in seconds.
Contact Cards
Each contact in the list shows a summary card with the most important information at a glance:
- Name and firm -- Immediately identify who they are and where they work
- Title and seniority -- Understand their career level
- Last contacted date -- Know how recently they were reached
- Disposition badge -- See the outcome of their most recent interaction
Exporting Contacts
You can export your contact list (or a filtered subset) for use in external tools or reporting. Look for the Export button above the contact table.
Exports include:
- Contact name, firm, title, and seniority
- Email and phone (if enriched and available)
- Market and campaign associations
- Last disposition and contact date
Contact export availability depends on your account permissions. If you do not see an export option, contact your account manager to discuss access.
