Campaign Detail View

The Campaign Detail view gives you a deep look inside a single campaign -- every contact, every call, every signal, and the overall performance metrics. This is where you go to understand exactly what is happening within a specific outreach effort.

Call Metrics and Disposition Breakdown

The metrics section provides a clear picture of campaign performance:

Key Metrics

  • Total Calls -- All calls made within this campaign
  • Unique Contacts Reached -- How many distinct individuals have been spoken to
  • Connection Rate -- Percentage of calls that resulted in a real conversation (excludes No Answer, Voicemail, Gatekeeper)
  • Meeting Conversion -- Percentage of contacts who booked a meeting

Disposition Breakdown

A visual breakdown of call outcomes across the campaign. This chart shows how many calls resulted in each disposition:

  • No Answer, Voicemail, Gatekeeper (access outcomes)
  • Not Interested, Callback Requested, Future Potential (conversation outcomes)
  • Meeting Booked (opportunity outcome)
  • Incorrect Number, Do Not Contact (hard stops)
Use the disposition breakdown to gauge quality

A campaign with a high percentage of "Future Potential" and "Callback Requested" dispositions is building strong foundations. These contacts are engaged and worth following up with in future campaigns.

Activity Timeline

The activity timeline shows every event within the campaign in chronological order:

  • Calls made (with contact name and disposition)
  • Signals captured (with signal type and value)
  • Meetings booked (with contact and scheduled time)

The timeline gives you a narrative view of how the campaign has unfolded over time. You can scroll through it to see the progression from early outreach to deeper conversations and intelligence capture.

Campaign Analytics Charts

At the bottom of the campaign detail, you will find visual analytics:

  • Calls over time -- A line or bar chart showing call volume by day or week
  • Disposition trends -- How outcomes have shifted over the life of the campaign
  • Signal density -- Number of signals captured per week, showing when intelligence peaks

These charts help you understand the rhythm and trajectory of the campaign, and they are useful for reporting to stakeholders at your firm.

Campaigns feed the market

Remember that all campaign data automatically rolls up to the parent market. When a campaign completes, its intelligence does not disappear -- it becomes part of the market's cumulative knowledge base.
