Enrichment Status
Enrichment is the process of finding and verifying contact information -- email addresses and phone numbers -- for attorneys in your markets. Client Portal uses specialized data services to enrich attorney profiles beyond what is publicly available.
What Enrichment Means
When a contact is enriched, it means their profile has been augmented with verified contact data sourced through professional data APIs. This includes:
- Work email address -- The attorney's business email
- Mobile phone number -- A direct mobile number (when available)
- LinkedIn data -- Profile details, work history, and education
Enrichment runs automatically as part of the market setup process. Your account manager handles the enrichment pipeline -- you simply see the results in each contact's profile.
Email Status Indicators
Every enriched email address has a status that tells you how reliable it is:

|---|---|---|
| Valid | Green | The email has been verified and confirmed deliverable. This is the highest confidence level. |
| Catch-All | Yellow | The email domain accepts all incoming mail, so we cannot confirm whether this specific address exists. The email is likely correct but cannot be fully verified. |
| Unknown | Gray | The email could not be verified one way or the other. It may be valid, but there was not enough information to confirm. |
| Invalid | Red | The email has been confirmed as undeliverable. Do not use this address. |
When reaching out via email, prioritize contacts with a Valid email status. "Catch-All" addresses are usually fine but carry a small risk of bouncing. Avoid "Invalid" addresses entirely.
Phone Availability
Phone enrichment is displayed as a simple indicator:

Phone data, when available, provides a direct line to the attorney's mobile device -- a valuable channel for outreach.
Enrichment Level Badges
Each contact's profile shows an enrichment level badge that summarizes how much data has been gathered:

| Fully Enriched | Email, phone, LinkedIn data, work history, and education are all available |
| Partially Enriched | Some data is available (e.g., email but no phone, or LinkedIn data without verified email) |
| Basic | Only foundational information is available (name, firm, title) -- sourced from the initial market setup |
| Pending | Enrichment has been requested but has not completed yet |
What "Enriched" vs "Basic" Data Looks Like
Here is what you can expect at each enrichment level:
Basic Contact
- Name, firm, title, seniority
- Market and campaign associations
- No email, phone, or LinkedIn data
Enriched Contact
- Everything in Basic, plus:
- Verified work email (with status indicator)
- Mobile phone number (when available)
- LinkedIn headline, about section, and connection count
- Full work history with previous firms and dates
- Education details (law school, undergraduate, degrees)
- Location (city, state)
As new contacts are added to your markets and campaigns, they are automatically queued for enrichment. Your account manager continuously enriches your contact database to maximize coverage.
