Call history shows relationship depth

A contact with many calls over time shows an evolving relationship. Look at how dispositions change -- from "No Answer" to "Future Potential" to "Callback Requested" -- to understand how the relationship has developed.

Signal Data

Below the call history, you will find the signals captured from conversations with this contact:

  • Movement State -- How actively they are considering a move (Not Moving, Soft Listening, Exploring, Active)
  • Timing Window -- When they might be ready (Now, 0-3mo, 3-6mo, 6-12mo, 12+mo)
  • Motivation Driver -- What is driving their interest (Compensation, Culture, Platform, etc.)
  • Conversation Access -- How open they are to dialogue (Closed, Neutral, Open)
  • Relationship Permission -- Trust level established (Closed, Warm, Relationship Building, Trusted)
  • Firm Stability -- Their perception of their firm (Positive, Stable, Negative, Unknown)

Signals are displayed with their current values and the date they were last updated. See Understanding Signals for detailed explanations of each signal type.

Email and Phone Data

If the contact has been enriched, you will see their contact information:

  • Email -- Work email address, with a status badge indicating validity
  • Phone -- Mobile phone number (when available)

See Enrichment Status for more about how this data is sourced and what the status indicators mean.

Use signals to prioritize outreach

When reviewing a contact's profile, look at the combination of Movement State + Timing Window. A contact who is "Soft Listening" with a "0-3 months" timing window is someone your firm should be reaching out to soon.
