Custom Integrations

Client Portal can connect with your existing tools and CRM systems to keep your workflows in sync. If you use a CRM, ATS, or other platform that you would like connected to your Client Portal data, we can work with you to set that up.

Requesting an Integration

To request a custom integration:

  1. Contact your Account Manager and let them know which tool or platform you would like to connect.
  2. Your Account Manager will assess the integration and walk you through any setup steps.
  3. Once configured, data will flow automatically between Client Portal and your system.
Integrations are managed by your Account Manager

All custom integrations are configured on the server side by your Account Manager to ensure they are set up correctly and securely. There is no self-service integration setup at this time.

What Can Be Integrated

Common integration types include:

  • CRM systems -- Automatically create leads or contacts when meetings are booked or candidates reach certain pipeline stages
  • ATS platforms -- Sync candidate information and activity from Client Portal into your applicant tracking system
  • Notification tools -- Push alerts to Slack, Teams, or email when key events occur in your markets

How Integrations Work

When an integration is active, Client Portal sends relevant data to your connected system in real time. For example, when a meeting is booked through one of your booking links, the integration can automatically create a record in your CRM with the attendee's contact details and meeting context.

Your Account Manager handles the technical setup so you can focus on using the data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost for integrations?

Custom integrations are included as part of your Client Portal subscription. Your Account Manager can confirm details for your specific plan.

Can I disable an integration?

Yes. Contact your Account Manager to pause or disable any integration at any time. Existing data in your connected systems is not affected.

What if I need something custom?

If your use case does not fit a standard integration pattern, let your Account Manager know. We can often accommodate custom requirements depending on the platform and your needs.
