Notification Preferences

Client Portal keeps you informed about important activity through email notifications. You can customize which notifications you receive and how often.

Email Notification Types

Client Portal sends the following types of email notifications:

Weekly DigestA weekly summary of activity across your markets

Meeting Confirmations

Sent immediately when a new meeting is booked. The email includes:

  • Attendee name and email
  • Meeting date, time, and duration
  • Meeting link (if applicable)
  • A link to view the meeting in Client Portal

Meeting Reminders

Automated reminders sent at two intervals before each meeting:

  • 24 hours before -- Gives you time to prepare and review the attendee's profile
  • 1 hour before -- A final heads-up so the meeting stays top of mind

Meeting Cancellations

Sent when an attendee cancels a meeting through their cancellation link. The email confirms which meeting was cancelled and when it was originally scheduled.

Weekly Digest

A summary email sent once per week that highlights:

  • Total calls made across your markets
  • New signals captured
  • Meetings booked and completed
  • Notable activity or trends

Enabling and Disabling Notifications

To manage your notification preferences:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Navigate to the Notifications section.
  4. Toggle each notification type on or off based on your preferences.
  5. Click Save.
Keep meeting notifications enabled

We recommend keeping meeting confirmations and reminders enabled. These are time-sensitive and help ensure you never miss a scheduled meeting.

Notification Frequency Settings

For notifications that are sent on a recurring basis (such as the weekly digest), you can adjust the frequency:

  • Weekly Digest -- Sent once per week (typically on Monday mornings). You can toggle it on or off, but the day and time are fixed.

Meeting-related notifications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations) are event-driven and cannot be set to a frequency -- they fire when the relevant event occurs.

All notifications go to your account email

Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Client Portal account. If you need to update your email address, contact your account manager.
